Hotels’ Green Practices Adoption: Determinants and Top Managers’ Environmental Commitment

This study aims to examine the mediating effects of top managers’ environmental commitment (EC) between three key variables (i.e., subjective norms, perceived benefits, and knowledge) adoption green practices in Malaysian hotels. also evaluates direct linkages among these variables. A total 147 hotel managers returned completed valid questionnaires. The participants consisted managers, such as owners, general CEOs, senior who possess managerial discretion regarding hotel’s practices.
